An Overview of the Loan Process


It's EASY!!

The process of getting a mortgage may seem daunting, but you can make it easier by getting prepared.  Once we take your application, we will tell you specifically what to provide to get your loan approved.  The documentation process varies by applicant, but generally if you are a salaried (hourly) employee, you should provide:

1) 2 recent paystubs;

2) 2 most recent W-2 forms;

If you are self-employed:

1) 2 most recent Federal Tax Returns (ALL pages and signed);

In addition, for savings you should provide:

1) 2 most recent bank / investment / asset account statements;

In addition to these standard documents, we also will need:

1) Copy of your signed purchase contract;

2) If you are selling a home, a copy of your signed sales contract;

Once we receive these documents, you will be on your way to homeownership!!
